Portal One is a room with a view you choose. It is a working virtual production stage — a 4K LED volume driven by Unreal Engine, the same setup used to shoot final-pixel film backgrounds. For one night we point it at your event, and we shoot the night while it happens.

Nearly 17 feet of P1.25 LED running at 4096 × 1920. No projector wash, no shadow when someone walks past, no bad angle in the room.

Custom Unreal environments. Your brand, your product, your palette, your logo carved into a mountain. It's rendered, not printed, so it moves.
Everyone leaves with content
We capture the night on a RED Komodo 6K. Guests go home with footage of themselves standing somewhere that doesn't exist. It travels further than a photo booth.

Library environments are up in about an hour, so a last-minute date is real. Downtown, indoors, climate controlled — no permits, no weather hold, no sunset you're racing.

Three steps. We handle the technical side entirely.
tell us the vibe
Send the occasion, the headcount, and a couple of reference images. A mood board, a film still, a screenshot — anything. Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough.
we build the world
We pull from the environment library or build something custom in Unreal Engine. You approve it on a preview before anyone shows up.
you show up
Doors open, wall is live, operator is on deck. Your caterer loads in. We run the environments and shoot the night. Footage lands in your inbox after.

questions
Why are these starting prices rather than flat rates?
Because events vary more than shoots do. Fifteen people for two hours and forty people for five are different nights with different staffing, and a custom environment is a 3D artist's week on top. We'd rather quote your actual event than publish an average that's wrong for everybody.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome and we don't take a cut. Bring whoever you want — we'll send load-in details and the room layout once your date is held.
What about drinks?
Reach out and we'll walk you through beverage options for the space and what your caterer needs to have in place.
How many people actually fit?
Up to 40 for a standing reception. For seated dinners or presentations the comfortable number is lower — tell us your format and we'll tell you straight whether it works.
Can you put our logo or product in the environment?
That's the Brand Activation package. Send your logo, brand assets, or a 3D model of the product and we'll build it into the world itself — not slapped on a screen, actually in the scene, lit and rendered. Custom builds need two business days minimum, up to a week for something complex.
How far in advance should we book?
Less than you'd think. With a library environment, setup takes about an hour, so the only real question is whether the date is open. Same-week bookings are genuinely fine. Custom builds need the lead time above.
Do we get the footage?
Yes. Stills and video are captured on our RED and delivered after the event. Brand Activations include an edited cut.
Can we come look at it first?
Please do. Walkthroughs are free and take about twenty minutes. It's very hard to explain what a P1.25 wall looks like in words — easier to just show you.
